This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit the website for the film Flyktdjur, use the contact forms or choose to play content provided by external services.

When you visit the website or contact the film team, the following information may be processed:

Contact forms

Information submitted through the contact forms is used to receive, administer and respond to your enquiry. It is processed in order to handle the contact that you have initiated.

The forms are managed using Netlify's form service. The information is retained only for as long as necessary to handle and follow up the enquiry, and for no longer than 12 months. It is then deleted unless it must be retained for longer to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Do not submit sensitive personal data through the contact forms.

Third parties

YouTube

The trailer is provided through YouTube, a service operated by Google. The YouTube player is not loaded when the page opens; it is loaded only when you actively choose to play the trailer. Once the player is loaded, Google and YouTube may process data and use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their own terms. Netlify

The website is hosted by Netlify, and the contact forms are managed using Netlify's form service. Netlify may process technical data and information submitted through the forms in order to provide, secure and operate the service. Read more in Netlify's Privacy Statement.

The website's fonts (Cormorant Garamond and Manrope) are hosted locally on our own server. No font requests are sent to Google or other external services.

Website analytics

The website does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other tool for visitor analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking.

Cookies and external media

The website does not use cookies for visitor analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking. When you actively choose to play the trailer, YouTube's video player is loaded. YouTube may then set cookies or use similar technologies in accordance with Google's own policies.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If the website introduces a specific consent setting for external media, you will also be able to change or withdraw your choice there.
